If I was to buy a whole new Tuned PCM where is it located to swap it in and out?

OP, go lift your hood. Look behind the passenger-side headlight. Under the fuseblock.

The silver finned block with the two huge wire bundles hooked to it is the ECM.


The TCM is inside the transmission and is not easily removed. It is normally tuned in the car.

GeorgeInNePA is correct on the location. It isn't to difficult to get out but you have to have a bit of dexterity. i must of been on drugs when I posted that, isn't there a thread on here were it talks about where the computer is and most of the talk was up on the drivers side firewall area?

I know that's on the TA's and Camaro's!!

On my SAAB 9000 Turbo it was under the drivers seat.
