Two accessories that I don't see mentioned in the brochure that I would think would be included on G8 are;

1. Home Link for the garage doors etc.

2. automatic dimming rearview mirror

My last three or four cars have had these two items as standard as do most GM cars in this range now.

At least not for 2008 model year. With Bluetooth you might get homelink feature. And 2009 might bring an auto-dim mirror. But changing out a mirror from one OnStar equipped car to another is simple as long as the wiring harness at the mirror has same plug.

We window tint down this way due to sun and heat...I always use the Limo or highest tint level allowed on the back glass and have no problem with lights...even from the high-rise trucks...

There was someone that grafted homelink into the visors of GTO's and it appeared 100% factory. This was back years ago.
