I wanted to buy my G8 from scholfield. I even called right before signing the papers on the one I bought at Donovan to tell the exact price I was getting ready to pay and scholfield just couldn't beat it. No big deal. Mike, just a friendly suggestion.... Answer questions with statements and facts. I initially was corresponding with yourself and the internet manager over at Donovans. She gave me answers whereas you answered my questions with questions and ambiguous statements. That's why I requested to speak someone else when I finally walked in the doors. I'm not trying to sound rude, I just wanted to let you know how I felt.

Looks like you have 5 GXP's within 250 miles. 3 are M6 and 2 are M6. Closest is an M6 in Tulsa, OK.

If you go 500 miles out there are 32.

I am looking for a G8 GT with low miles.....either red, black, drk grey or maybe white with sun roof and loaded if possible. I will pay low twenties (current market value) cash/bank transfer. Will buy tuner if it is well taken care of. Not in a hurry.

Depending on where you're located may determine the availability and price. Here in the tri-state area (Ohio, Michigan, Indiana) there are probably 20 or so of all varieties and the one I just purchased on Saturday had the LOWEST miles (4850, GT, Premium pkg, Sunroof, Sport pkg, and Sport red metallic) BUT you pay the price when it is that close to "never driven". It put me back $27,700 but worth it to me! Good luck finding one in the low 20's but I highly doubt it. Closer to mid 20's is more realistic!

Thanks for the reply. You may be right but I am not in a hurry and I have seen some in the low 20s around here but we will see as the season gets closer prices may rise but can wait till I find the best deal I can. By the way....do you like the car?

YES, we love the car. Drove a base G8 to get the "feel" of it and checked everything else at the dealer(s). We're aware that the GT, especially with the sport pkg (19' wheels) will have a stiffer ride than the base AND really stiff compared to the 2003 Trailblazer EXT that we're replacing this with! Kids are older/grown and we don't need all that room anymore PLUS it's at the age where it will start to require more maintenance! This will be the "wifes" car during the week (I'll kidnap it on weekends) and it will likely only see 6000 miles annually. With the summer 19's it will NOT see winter driving unless roads are clear so December through March it will see limited driving if any.
