Default Stock LS7 springs?

What pound rating are these? Will they work for cam swaps u think?

Your normal 600whp+ 4dr family car

I used the LS9 springs (i think they are the same) for my cam. Good up to. 580 lift and only $70 at Lingenfelter.

LS7 springs are not right for our heads. The LS7 has longer valves and a taller installed height. 1.96" to our 1.80".
'09 SRM GT. VCM Intake, Cortex, Solo H/F Cats, Solo Mach Balanced system. BMR Sway bars, Superpro strut mounts, Whiteline Rear Subframe Bushing, Mevotech arms. PPV struts/shocks, Tein Springs. MPSS Tires
