my .02, get rid of the resonators as well. I was very pleased with my set up (@ the time) after I did the xpipe and resonator delete.

Sure, ditch the stock resonators, they neck down to less than 2" ID/OD

Can you guys let my wife know there's nothing wrong with a little (or lot) sound from a DD??

foreosu, thanks for posting the videos. I think it sounds great! tame and undercontrol but still sounds like a powerful muscle car at startup and when you put your foot into it. I'll be going to the same setup except the magnaflow muffler style xpipe and still undecided on which LT headers to get.

I deleted my previous post because i just added a new thread with a little exhaust clip, she won't be that loud with resonators removed if you keep the stock mufflers, those things are too quiet, even with the resonators removed. mine is loud, puurrrffect loud , but i don't have stock mufflers.

No resos it is for me, listened to a car with both versions on youtube and it seems too quiet with them on there, not much of a change from what I have now. Just wondering how my neighbors will like me after this gets done

My second main concern is how loud the cabin will be. Right now i have the SLP Loudmouths and the drone can get pretty loud sometimes. Personally it doesnt bother me a ton but i do carry passengers from time to time.

"Sure, ditch the stock resonators, they neck down to less than 2" ID/OD"
The resonators are a full 2.25" straight through. The pipe between the mid-muffler and the resonators is crushed down to less than 2". If you are going to keep stock mufflers, you can remove them and you won't hear much of a difference. If you are running anything else, and it's your DD. think about keeping them. they are meant to cancel specific frequencies
and help keep drone down. At WOT they don't do much. So they can keep crusing quieter, but still bark at WOT.

I cut mine out, I love the little pop you get when you take your foot of the gas.
