2001 ford ranger 4x4 4.0l with a 5 speed. It's got a little lift to it too.

2000 Cavalier Z24...I bought it brand new, still have it...239xxxkm....and it's supercharged lol also lowered, 12" disc brakes front and rear, Quaiffe LSD for extra grip. Yeah I'm back-asswards. The heavily modded car rolls during winter, while the one with remote start and heated seats sleeps...

2004 Sonata LX... that's the 2.7L V6 folks. It's the muscle car of the Sonata world.

It's also a severely hail damaged car with 55k miles lol. No ABS... No Traction Control... No worries.

This was basically the peak of it's appearance...then I stopped caring.

Now it has no front lip, heaps of rust-holes, and rolls on steelies.

And in case you thought I was kidding...

...it actually is blown.

Haha I'm embarrassed to show you all my "WINTER BEATER". It's actually the daily driver, so I can keep miles off of the G8. It's a 1990 Honda accord, green, with 98,000 miles. Power everything and runs like a champ! Grandma bought it brand new "it was a nice car 23 years ago". Got it from her for 500.00! Can't beat it!

2003 VW Beetle, 1.8 Turbo. Formerly wife's and oldest daughter's car. Will be youngest daughter's car in August.

I had the front fenderwells out a couple of months ago, and noticed rust forming at some panel seams. No more salty road driving for the G8...

Last years "beater" was my 2000 Silverado, still got it....just not used for a beater unless it is SERIOUS snow. We inherited a 1998 Buick Century with 124k miles on, wife licensed and registered it....so guess what? I improved it from 22.8Mpg to 25.2Mpg within a month.

Trailblazer SS AWD. Just got it in April so I'm waiting to see how it does in the snow. Before that it was my grand prix gt, which did fine, but I wanted a v8 and either 4 wheel drive or AWD.

I also wanted a V8 & AWD for a "beater," but went a different route. Just picked up an Audi S4 convertible. We don't really have winters here in GA, but it'll be nice to keep some miles off the G8.

2004 Chevy Colorado with ~170k on it.

Tires are BFGs and they suck in the winter, they turn into plastic when it's cold out, gotta run them at about 15psi to get any traction. I won't be buying another set of those, hopefully will replace them next summer.

Don't seem to have any recent pictures in the snow....if we get some snow this year, I'll take some again.

Here's a fairly recent pic:

I've had this since '98 and can't imagine not having it. Has kept the G8 in the garage during any and all bad weather.
