Default 08 GT, Sport/Premium, 72K miles

Hi guys, I unfortunately am selling my baby. This car has been extremely reliable. The only issue I have had is a airbag sensor in the passenger seat. Other than that it has never been to the shop for anything other than basic maintenance. The drivetrain is stock with a basic drop in K&N. I did replace the brakes with EBC Yellow pads, performance rotors, SS braided lines and synthetic brake fluid - this made a big difference.... I have staggered 19" VMR wheels with Hankook V12 tires. 285 rears and I did roll the fenders. On the inside the doors have been sound deadened and I added component speakers all around. The car is very quiet inside. The front end has been fully blacked out and all holes have been filled. The car is in excellent condition. I am asking 22K OBO.

Car is located in OC, CA.

great looking car GLWS - just wanted to comment here for anyone interested my '08 GT w/ 100,000 miles I just had it dynoed @ 344whp and 356rwtq - so that's a testament to how stout the drivetrain is on these cars, if cared for the mileage is just a number!

Good luck!

Thanks, they are great cars. I really hate to sell it, unfortunately I need a truck for towing. I see some people are selling them to buy 5.0 mustangs which I can't understand.... I raced a 5.0 with a chip and exhaust and stayed right with him.

5.0 L mustangs are really nice cars, but i wouldn't buy one. Our car are way more useful and spacious than mustangs.

GLWS. I'm sorry a 5.0 is much faster than a stock GT, no such things as "chips" either. My 5.0 I think would walk my old G8 GT with headers, intake, tune or be a very close race. Hell a new 3.7 V6 Mustang with the performance package can put up a good run with a G8 GT. I'm assuming the 5.0 needs a driver mod.

Your car is beautiful and should sell quickly to the right buyer. Not trying to thread jack or anything. Again GLWS.

The ones without the 373 gears aren't all that much faster. I beat a stock one at the track when all I had was Rotofab CAI, Ported intake and TB and superchips tune.

OP Are you by chance interested in a partial trade of a 1998 Z28 obviously with some $ on top?

Bump from a local GT owner. Mine is 09 with 80k and no issues either, medium modded and full tuned, and have seeing lots of engine high revs and spirited driving, this are very stout engines, so a couple of miles here and there would only help with the break-in process.

I also wanted to trade for a new 5.0, but with 3 kids and wife, the stang would not be practical, so I'm adding a nice bump stick to make sure I have rpm and more power in those rpm than the stock or full exhaust/tuned coyote powered stang

New price 18,900... On the west coast I am the cheapest one and I can't sell... Not sure why there seems to be little interest in these cars.
