Default G.O.N.E., when is it this year?

Sorry if this is to early, but I was wondering if anyone had an idea of when G.O.N.E. would be held this year? Is it always in the same month?

I couldn't make it in 2012 but I really want to make it to the one this year.

That's a big part of why I'm asking also, it's sometimes hard for me to get the time off work.

Any of you "in the know" guys able to PM me a confirmation? Scouts honor I won't leak it, I just need to put in for the time off.

PM BracketRacer ... he is putting the finishing touches on various things in prep for this, so when he's ready to announce, things will start to come together shortly thereafter!

Having gone last year myself (12 hours each way!) I can say that I will do everything in my power to try and return for this year. I had a blast, met some really great people, and even sold a few things I didn't need anymore like my unused front splitter, some dashbosses, and a few other odds and ends kinda stuff.

The cruise was my favorite by far, as I wasn't man enough to drag my daily driver, I already know it's slow. ha ha ha

You make it sound like it's a swap-meet too Zep... I picture people showing their cars and having miscellaneous parts for sale on a table next to them. LOL

My drive would be about 6 1/2 hrs, I don't know if I could do it if it was 12.

I wonder if I could find my own set of DR's by then... Hmmmmm.

I have been to all three and dont plan on ever missing one. Its a great time. Every year learning something new about the G8. Either mods or factory odditys there is always somebody new to learn from. With any good luck I might be bringing my own G8 this year, one thats ready for the track too.

I have no excuse, I live outside Chicago and grew up in the QC area. Parents still live there. Attended my 1st event last year and plan on going again this year. Had a great time and will be looking forward to the new mods to show and see.

Awwww.... come on Yeti, grow a set! Todd drove his car all that way and not neary a complaint was to be had. Todd also joined a select few to journey to the Pontiac Museum, that was a blast too!!

Todd, start working on Yeti to caravan from California.... you have time to break his spirit a bit and start on convincing him!

Where is this, I have seen people talk about it but don't really know what it is. Is there a website for it?
