plx dm-6 reading lean

my plx dm-6 is giving me lean readings....around 16.5-18.5 while idle and normal cruising. I checked my intake and exhaust for leaks...all seemed well. I haven't played with my tune in 3 or 4 years. I also just cleaned the maf....still no go. I don't have a cel or anything, just the lean reading and a slightly rough idle. Also, i went to a shop to have a second opinion on exhaust leaks, sensors, etc. and they said all looked good, too.

I was reading an old post from 2013 about a member with a similar problem and i think he said it was the plx dm-6 module. He sent it back and all was good.

I appreciate any help and open to trying anything....thanks.
