M18 x 1.5 o2 sensor question. re: bung replace

I need to weld in a new bung to header. The one I was looking at has a formed base for easy weld. It states that its for use/fit of an M18 1.5. I am not familiar with this terminology, Is our o2s compatible ?

Thanks

As luck would have it, that will work. they show that the OEM oxygen sensors used on the G8, have a thread diameter of 18mm an a thread count of 1.5. The sensors are removed/installed using either a 22mm or 7/8" tool of choice.
