Better fit

Looking replace my mid muffler on my 2008 with a v6 with a MAGNAFLOW,Which would be a better fit 4x9 magnaflow#11379 17in overall lgth,4x9 magnaflow #11386 20in overall lgth,or a 5x8 magnaflow #12468 24in overall lgth.A big thank you in advance

You would likely get numerous opinions. When I was looking at a mid-muffler I was going to get the #12468. Though, I elected to get a stamped X-Pipe. A GT with stock Exhaust has to be the 2.25 inlet/outlet pipe.

That said, with stock GT mufflers, you won't really notice any change. It's when you go to aftermarket exhaust that you would. I got the Solo Axle-Backs with the Js. It's a nice sound. Though, the AFM drones like a motorboat, and the higher the speed the more obvious it is. I pay it no mind because it'll change soon. You don't hear that with a set of stock mufflers.

Whatever you do in the future, you should keep the stock resonators on the mid-pipe.
