Smile New Car = New Pics!

Got the G8 all shined up yesterday and took a few pics. Let me know what you think.

... and here are a few pics of the old car (I hope I don't get banned for posting these! ).

No need to 'Dodge' any criticism here man. You made a great choice...the second time.

I'm excited to here your comparison of the two seeing that they are natural, mortal enemies and all. Welcome.

The Charger was nice but the G8 is better in almost every aspect. It handles 10x better than the Charger and feels like it has a quite a bit more power even though they only differ by about 20-25 HP. The interior of the G8 is leaps and bounds better than the Charger. The only thing I think that may have been a little better in the Charger was the shiftable transmission. When manually shifting the Charger, it seems like it was just a bit snappier shifting from gear to gear, but from what I have read that can be easily fixed in the G8 with a tune.

Nice, thanks. Enjoy the G8! Don't get too caught up with the small things is my best advice to a newer G8 owner. I was lucky enough to get a stout car off the lot (knock on wood) with very few of the minor knit picking issues that some others have and I love it more and more everyday.

Keep us tuned for when the mod bug finds its way into your system and infects you. I wonder what strand you will come down with... ?

When I was in the market, it was down to either a charger R/T or a G8. Obviously I chose the latter. This video is what helped me make my decision.
