There are very few g8 gts out there worth over 20k at this point, all are pretty much out of warranty, even if they have low miles. Most are modified and that takes away value, no matter if they are upgrades or not.

Well no deal on the one I was thinking of.

The dealer wanted to hit me with a 9% interest rate. Um....no thank you.

There was more to it than just the credit score.

My wife is on disability because of chemo treatments, and that caused a ton of complications all by itself on this deal.

Thanks. We have gotten a lot of support, but the reality of going from a two income household to a one income household is dramatic. A lot of things are being put on hold and the longer we go on the less likely it looks for me to get new wheels before next year.

The thing was that my wife wanted me to find another car to take her to and from treatment. This was because she didn't think my car is reliable enough to hold up.

I guess Im going to keep the current ride and just make do for as long as I can.

car max offered me 19k 2 weeks ago. Sport, prem, no roof, 44k miles. Tells me it is worth at least 22K as they are buying to turn a profit. I was ok with the offer.

07 Solstice GXP, Mean Yellow, tuned
03 Excursion, 6" Fab lift, V10, 37s

I bought mine just before winter - 2009.1 Silver GT Sport Pkg (no sunroof), 25k miles, extended warranty & the loose OE takeoffs for $23k (newer Pilot Sport's on the 19" wheels). He had buyers lined up locally and from out of town.

Well I'm waiting until the beginning of next year now. The bills are starting to roll in and I took a hit on hours at work so I'm just going to put a bigger down payment together in the mean time.
