Big surprise, awesome service.
I recently purchased my solo exhaust directly from Steve at solo and to my surprise the experience was extremely pleasant. I only say to my surprise because in my recent experiences, performance companies have lost touch with what customer service is all about. Steve went above and beyond to ensure I bought the right kit even if it meant spending less money. I called him 2 times, PMd him countless times and changed my mind 3 times, he never lost patience and re-assured me that I was making the right choice. I didn't know what I wanted and was confused on the different kits but by the time it was over I was well educated on their product and extremely happy with my purchase. Steve and Solo define what great customer service is and should be. Thanks again Steve!
