Anyone race or driven a 2012 impala

How does it compare to our G8 with all that extra power it has?

Is this a serious question? My mom owned a 2011, not sure how different it was from a 12, but either way it was a craptastic piece of ****. RWD>FWD the G8 v6 is a better car in every single way.

A V6 is probably slower but a G8 GT will eat it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Well sounds interesting, the best dyno run I had with my V6 is just over 300 flywheel Hp and I'm putting around 250 rwhp. Maybe a few few more depending on the dyno and weather factors. But I would run that car and see. If someone I know has one.

Well, I drove a 2012 Impala rental for six months back in, um, 2012. Yes, it has 300hp, but no way you'll mistake for any sort of performance car. My 2008 Impala SS made 303hp stock and would blow the doors off the 2012. My G8 would blow the doors off the Impala SS. No comparison.

The 2012 Impala was not particularly quick. Again, 300hp, but that power's not available until the higher RPMs and it took a while for the car to get there.
