Power reduce mode

Would anyone know the part number for a tps? My car keeps going into power reduce mode sometimes and then shuts off. I can go a month without coming on and also my check engine light turns off. I’m assuming it has to be the sensor.

Thanks!

^^^^ TPS (throttle position sensor(s) ) is part of the TB. I'm going with the understanding that were talking *GT* here. If your car is a 2008 or 2009 (almost all of the 2009 GT's), you have the silver blade TB. It uses the P/N's of 12570790 and or 217-1617 You *must* have deep pockets for this item ( unless you have a connection) because it goes for about $450 an up. If you have the 2009 MY GT or GXP, it uses the gold blade version. Its P/N is 12605109 an goes for about $ 187 an up. If your car is the V6 version, all of the above is moot.

Since you seem pretty sure about the problem you apparently have, what fault code or codes were displayed, that makes you ask for info on the TPS ?
