Cracked flexplate

I noticed a noise coming from the converter area. I opened the inspection cover while it was running and it sounds like something is loose and causing it to make a knocking noise. Only makes the noise in park and neutral but when it drive it stops. Is this a cracked flexplate? I'll attach a video as well
