Trimming the splash shields

In preparation for my Brembo upgrade - which I finally got around to yesterday - I debated what the best way was to trim the brake shields, since I still haven't gotten around to putting air in my garage and my cordless Dewalt grinder was a little too unwieldy for doing this cleanly.

I ended up with these metal cutters from McMaster-Carr.

They kept distortion to a minimum, and with a little practice I got used to their action and made quick work of cutting. I did follow up with the grinder to clean up the sharp edges before dabbing on a little Rustoleum.
