Simple question

How do you guys clean or keep this part of the car looking decent? These pillars always bug the hell out of me. Sorry the pic is sideways

I ended up sanding and painting mine flat black.

Unfortunately, not everyone can follow suit although such would be ideal. The initial shine of every chemical tried lasts mere minutes before the dullness reappears and would like a more long-term solution as well.

You can just use a liquid paint cleaner or even plastic cleaning liquid on them. Clean up real nice but they do dull quickly. Think they are just power coated trim pieces.

Its painted trim. You can buff and polish this area but if it's too oxidized you mine as well get them painted. I good wax sealant or coating, just like you use on the paint is what will keep it from fading.

You can also do clear bra after you have it painted or restored.

I just put black vinyl wrap over mine. Super easy. No problems for the last two years.

2008 IOM, Blue Line Performance "Probationary" cam, VCM CAI, BTR Trunion Upgrade, BTR Dual Springs, Stage 1 porting of the heads, LS3 Hollow-stem Intake valves, Pacesetter Ceramic Coated LT/custom high-flow cats/custom 3" ARH x-pipe to Solo Axle-backs, SLP 25% UDP, Full Brembo swap.
Dyno Jet, 369 lb/ft torgue, 385 rwhp.
