17x9.5" rims for an 09 G8GT??

Hey guys,

I've looked all over the place, and I need some 17"rims for my 275/40r17 MT ET streets. Most guys recommend a 9-10" rim. Do you have anything of that sort on hand? Or maybe you can point me in the right direction? Offset should be between 45-55mm I believe, and a 5x120mm bolt pattern (although some run the 5x4.75 Fbody rims .... CAN I run those?)... Just lookin for direction/answers.

Thanks!

The 17x9.5 F-body (WS6 I believe) wheels is what most are using.

That's correct. The only thing is is the bolt pattern isn't actually right.... those fbody wheels are a 5x120.7.

They are 5x120.65 (5 x 4 3/4) and ours are 5x120. I have 5 x 4 3/4 on mine with ZERO issues.

Ya... again, its the what if issue... but I think im just gonna go with whatever I find. They ill-advise the 5x4.75 just b/c its not centered on the studs. BUT, its kinda a hit or miss with some. I'll see what I can find. Any rims you guys know of off hand that are FS?

I hear what you are saying. For .13 mm per stud off and for drag racing it shouldnt be an issue with a good wheel. I have had my light weight wheels on for 1k miles and have not been easy on them and there have been no issues.

I got the hook up from a friend that bought 500 of them and there was 1 set of 17s. $340 for all 4.

Many are checking Summit and Jegs to find the remaining GWs that are left since they have seen them on my car.
