    A buddy of mine just picked up a 2004 Saturn Ion Redline. He's planning to do everything up to and including a ZZP stage 3 kit (https://www.zzperformance.com/cobalt_ion/products1.php?id=1055), plus a downpipe. He figures, if he puts slicks on it, he'll run low 13's. I personally think he's crazy...
