So I just bought a 2008 GT (first post woo!) in Panther Black. I bought the car because I want to drive it, not spend time detailing it, so I'm looking for the most time-effective way to protect my paint and keep it looking good.

I would like to polish my Anti Lock Brake Control Module. Does anyone know the procedure for taking off the back cylindrical cover (coffee can)? I don't want it to go off in my hands... that could be messy!
Considering that liquid and paste polishes are nothing more than products with varying degrees of abrasives, I was wondering if there were polishing pads that exist with this same type of quality so one wouldn't have to use a paste or liquid?
It would be nice if I could just slap on a pad, say...
