Looks interesting. Are you saying they will do it for the prices listed on that link, or for a cost to be determined later?

I find it incredibly annoying that companies are making Apple-specific products like this. Are they not aware that Android actually outsells iPhone, and that there are even more phones than just those two? Sorry, stupid company, but I don't have an iPhone, nor do I want one.

They have a Android system as well, and them making a custom bracket is included in the price not extra from what I was told.

I deal with this company directly..... Not sure about what they told you but I wish you luck.

Oh. Cool. Though they're still stupid to advertise iPhone iPhone iPhone iPhone on that page, because it's going to drive anyone else away from their site. If you support multiple platforms, you have to make it obvious. And even still, if I felt even slightly like they're spending most of their focus on Apple and that Android support is half-assed, then I would still avoid it.

I've been waiting on Android support for 6 months.

I was told it was a whole differnt unit. That replaces the radio

would be cheaper and easier to get vegasnate's touch screen overlay system.
nate don't you use the bluetooth module from mimics?
i'd be all about buying nates but i just can't justify spending that much right now with the fun costs of family vacations that keep popping up

would it work with an Ipod touch?

I have the mimics unit and a jailbroken iTouch and it works fine.

I have connection issues sometimes but a quick unplug and replug and it works just fine.

i had one of those for my carputuer. bad glare and they dont fit right between the faceplate and radio so it makes the buttons harder to press. it's not a deal breaker but it's not ideal.

i watch part of the video. does this not charge the iphone? do i have to jailbreak? also call me a skeptic, but this is just like a screen clone hooked up to a touchscreen monitor or overlay? i dont see how that fixes our hvac issue, because i dont see them making a bracket.

Looks like a nice idea, but as Belo said without hvac it seems useless.
