The one I got has a flanged nut and thicker washers. All do the same job

Hard to beat the ones above unless you own a proper installer from long before an LS 16mm crank existed. Then it is a simple matter of making the "LS " adapter .
Dry sump cranks need a longer one

just do it. Installer with thrust bearing and old crank bolt chaser
