I've had rotofab, ARH headers, and custom VMS tune for 6months+ and no issues - now I get the following all of a sudden:

P0131 - 02 Sensor circuit low voltage
P0171 - system too lean (bank1)
P1133 - HO2S Insufficient switching

Checked rotofab closely for cracks or loose connections and tightened just to be sure - all looks fine. Had it in to local dealership, but they immediately blamed headers/tune.

Am I safe to drive it? Bad sensor/real issue or tuning issue triggered by weather change?

I think other people have had those symptoms because of a cracked oxygen sensor?

Even if that's it - does it pose a significant issue (i.e. engine safety), or just mild inefficiencies? Fuel economy has been the same recently - no noticeable changes in performance.
