Replaced front rotors and pads . Replaced driver caliper . Still makes rotor warped noises when braking. Would this be from a failed piston 1 of thee 2 pistons on front passenger side

Is wheel hub face smooth, no rust or ? to make the Disc not sit flush.

Brand and pad material of brake pads used? Is the sound coming from the passenger side?
