Hey Guys-

I've not posted much around here yet, but I thought I'd start sharing my progress on my supercharger install.

Its about 90% complete. Still have to install my wideband, tweak on the fuel lines, install intercooler hoses and pump and relocate my windshield washer bottle.

Purchased a used LSA set-up off of a cts-v and a few parts to make it fit (our accessories work minus the water pump and crank pulley).

Also installed an LS9 Cam and DoD delete while tearing into it.

EDIT TO ADD PARTS LIST 10/15/13

No Promises this is a complete list, but it should be the vast majority. Thanks Roadie709 for your assistance.

22697069 Intercooler Filler neck Cap
0392022002 Bosch Intercooler pump (This is the bosch part number)
20945282 GM Intercooler Pump (If you don't want to get the above off ebay for half the price..lol)

I installed an LS9 Cam Here are the Part #s for that

12556127 Cam Gear Bolts (x3)

Edit 11/3/13 DCG8554 Compiled his own list

Awesome! Wish I could find a "cheap" blower setup. So our accesories work besides the water pump and crank pulley? Did you use the V pump and damper? Post up a parts list if you don't mind.

Didn't realize this was possible. I might have to track down one of these.

The blower setup i bought didn't have the sensors(map, iat, evap) or injectors with it. So i had to purchase those. I had to purchase the LS3 Water Pump and LSA Balancer. All other accessories work (You have to relocate the PS reservoir). I pinned the balancer, since our crank is not keyed

Our Thottle body works and a part store silicon 90* hooked it straight up to the stock airbox.

I'm using a boost a pump and hoping its enough (lol)

Bought this heat exchanger, we reworked it a bit to fit: http://www.ebay.com/itm/400470291732?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649

Bought a cobalt/cobra intercooler pump and assorted hoses to hook it all up.

The DoD valley cover does not fit under the blower housing. I purchased one from an LS3

Needed some assorted fuel line fittings and hose to move the line from the drivers to passenger side.

Needed to extend TB and MAP harness. Used a IAT relocate harness to hook up to the IAT Sensor.

You have to either let the heater hoses ride on the blower or replace them, I replaced them.

Power Steering lines hit the crank pulley, but you can bend them.

Coil Brackets Need to be slightly relocated (i just drilled a couple holes in the brackets and moved them down about 1/2")

Cowl Plastic has to be trimmed Firewall blanket has to be trimmed. The hood DOES close, and DOES NOT rub :)

I dunno, like any custom set-up you hit some bumps and have to over come them. Nothing particularly difficult just yet though :)

Awesome! Nice to see someone doing something different. Looks like it is a great budget build as well. In my opinion, you should look into getting a LS7/LS3 MAF card w/ 4" housing & Lingenfelter snout. Are you going to run stock boost?

I figure I will be upgrading the maf housing along the way sometime but this one will work for now unless i peg it.. lol.

Thanks for all the props guys! My dad has helped on this project as well (He's a fab work machine!..lol). We supercharged his truck a couple years ago with a kit that wasn't made for it either, haha, so we are able to use what we learned from that to help us along this time.

The snout was ported at dallas performance by the previous owner.

Today's update (Ignore the crankcase breather line sitting on the SC there..lol)

Very nice, I know someone else was working on this. Looks like you beat them to the punch. Congrats on a sweet setup!
I thought peterg22000 from Canada was working on a similar setup.
