Could be a faulty radiator fan motor. However, disconnect the connector and see if 12V are present and check for a ground as well. There are forum threads addressing the topic as well.

92191945 is the part number. A new one runs around $120.

i certainly appreciate it ,but had to get the car up and running found two motors about 20 miles from me at a dealer, and the grand total was over 600.00 with tax .decided to bite the bullet and just change both of them. Money gone

Over $600 for two radiator fan motors...wow. Presume price includes installation.
