I have not contacted PayPal. I have no reason to believe the issue is with my account. If I had a screen shot of the transaction and was having issues with the transaction sure I would investigate further...otherwise this is a smoke and mirrors show

I feel the same as you, but I operate like everyone else is out to screw me. I'm right more often than I care to be.

I'll always add the 3% fee just incase. That way seller gets the full amount and i get peace of mind that if they screw me over I'll get my money back
