Front Splitter Questions

I've looked thru old threads and didn't find what I'm looking for.
I have been looking for a front splitter. I've come across quite a few. I guess my biggest concern is the gap I see between the splitter and the middle section of the bumper. Is there something being used to keep from having that gap after installing a splitter? Thanks for any input.

Unless the splitter is molded to fill in that area, then no. All the splitters cut from a flat piece of plastic should have standoffs that keep the splitter flat, which will show the gap you are referring to.
