I ripped my complete cat back off & one header that wasn't sealing correctly the other day. I had 7 leaks in the system! Nice welding bro:judge:. It still sounds like I have a leak coming from the collector of the passenger side, both the collector & the cat back flange look fine just not sealing. If I remember right the driver's side cat back is a little longer which might be my problem?? Can I just loosen the fitting & put some copper permatex in there & squeeze it back together? Or is there a better way to seal this up? I'm not going to weld the header to the cat back so that's out of the question.

I've seen a high temp putty type material used. I'd immagine that you can find it in the exhaust section of your local parts store. Good luck
