ARP (434-1301) makes'em but they are really proud of them. Here is a alternative:

Studs from GM 11589154 $1.25 each
Nuts from Jergens SS $0.39 each

or you can get the GM nut 11609746

do them all or just two per side, makes hanging the gasket / header much easier

I could not fit the headers in with more than 2 studs installed. I used the back one and the 3rd from back one.

Just re-use the factory manifold bolts for your headers. Those are the best choice.

yup, original bolts work fine. The studs help with header install when you are installing with one person by getting alignment for gasket and header easier. In theory, if you plan in removing the headers a few time, the studs would have on the wear/tear of the threads in the Al heads.

Just a option,nothing more.
