I installed an aftermarket sub and woofers in the rear off a Jensen head unit up front. In order to disable the rear sub and speakers, I simply disconnected all the jacks on those two units in the rear deck. Left the rear speakers as is. Didn't want to cut anything.

Now, my aftermarket radio signal fades in and out. I assume I disconnected too many plugs in the back. Does anyone know which I should reconnect and will this re-power the factory rear amp at the same time? If it does, is there a wire I need to cut and tape off that feeds the amp?

Thanks.

The amplifier has a separate fuse (F2) in the trunk compartment fuse block. Removing it disconnects the rear sub-woofers since they're powered by the amplifier. Per my understanding, the radio antenna plugs into the head-unit and receives it signal from the roof antenna.

Thanks for the info on the fuse. I'll reconnect everything as I don't want to remove anything from the car that can stay and I'll pull the fuse.

And, I'll pull the radio and double check the connections behind the head unit.

Thanks..
