I just went to the track after the new circle d 258 and dyno tune. It went 12.56 at 108.5. Mods are roto fab, ebay headers to corsa, dyno tune and converter on street tires! I just picked up some drag radials but havent made it back to try them yet. I also just installed a nitrous outlet plate kit but have not tried it yet either. I was considering picking up a new diff with 3.45 gear and was curious how much difference this would make in my e.t.? Anybody have similar mods and made the gear change? Was it worth the 5-600 bucks?

I was about a .1 sec slower with the 3.27's due to the shift to 4th. 2.92's were finishing at the top of 3rd.

Don’t doubt that. Don’t track mine at all, but the extra shift would figure in.
Will say this..the car feels “lighter” with the 3.27 gear driving normally.
I do like it, but tough on tires. I’ve considered changing back to the 2.92’s but I’m getting too old to wrestle that thing in and out of there.
