Tried flipping the ballast plugs reversed for the HIs, didnt help.

I also noticed both hi beam 10amp fuses were blown, replaced with two 25s just to test quickly, didnt fire up. I'll have to buy new 10s and 15s because someone else said the 10s will always blow with HID kits.

Lows seem fine, no HIs.... both harnesses are fed power and grounded to the same two studs, any ideas?

This shouldn't need to be said but,

Do not use larger fuses to solve your problem unless the wires can handle the extra load.

That's a quick way to set your car on fire. The fuses are there to protect the wires, if you increase their size, you risk melting the wires at best and at worst starting a fire.

How did you wire your HIDs? You mention ground but not +12v. You should be using a relay and getting +12v directly from one of the large positive terminals in the engine bay. With no lights at all, you'll want to check for +12v at various places once you get the proper fuses in.
