Instrument Panel Brightness Controls not working

The bright/dim push switches control the changing of the light intensity of the headlight control switch, steering wheel controls, all of the background lighting items on the upper an lower console, as well as the instrument cluster. How many of these things "do not" change when using the up an down background lighting push switches ?
