Hello All,

Have a question for the GXP group. I have been thinking of adding this Lingenfelter package to my stock GXP (with 24,000 miles). The package seems to be reliable and legitimate. I know that Road and Track (in 2009) made mention of this Lingenfelter package at around the same time that the G8 GT and G8 GXP SLP's came out. Would getting this Lingenfelter package hurt the value of the GXP because it would not be stock after this point? Your thoughts?

Keep the OEM parts down to the nuts, bolts and washers so the next owner can return to stock.
I may be wrong but I don't see a problem.

As previously mentioned, keep all the stock parts so you or the future owner can easily revert it back to stock.

I tend to agree with the above.
If it was some 200 mile showpiece then maybe leave alone.

While unmodded might be somewhat more valuable than demodded , do what makes you happy with the car.

Want to cover all bases? Build a 400+ inch blower engine.
Put the virgin serialed engine in the corner.
;)

Funny a numbers block, trans, diff meant nothing to a 70's car in the 70's now its everything.

Wonder how long till non numbers starts killing the value of newer stuff.
