Can try locating a part out or perchance salvage yard. Awhile ago, found a pair of G8 hood scoops on eBay by inquiring with sellers whom listed items in close proximity to the scoops. Took a few days but landed one heck of a deal.

Much better than the Wholesale GMC parts online... ordered on 3/10, status updated on 3/13 and shipping on 3/22. Glad I'm not in any hurry but this is ridiculously slow. No mention of backorder. The parts were a driveshaft dust boot and drive shaft nuts and driveshaft nut/bolt kit. Two separate orders with the same status update and shipping dates.
