I'd like to get a thread started to see all the different setups people are using for fuel and how much rwhp they are sustaining with that setup.

on a really low reading mustang dyno it was 333/331 car went 13.0 on 89 tune. Intake,Long tubes,2.5 to stock mufflers

Stock fuel system went to at least 530+whp with spray through an auto on stock motor.

Have a completely stock fuel system with 500+whp NA, injectors 85-89% duty cycle.

Had a ZL-1 pump and stock injectors push 550+NA through an auto, 75+% duty cycle.

I pushed LS9 injectors and a BAP well past 550, then added a ZL-1 pump for well past 600whp. LS9 injectors were something silly like 114% duty cycle by then though even at 5BAR fuel pressure.

3 Walbro fuel pumps on a surge tank and FIC 127lb injectors @ 50% duty cycle 728rwhp 720rwtq

CTS-V pump with VaporWorx controller, Siemens 60lb. injectors; ~700rwhp (haven't dyno'd it yet).

60lb Siemens injectors IDC is 87%
Kenne Bell 40amp bap
596/526 with about 12.3 air fuel up top( little lean)

On order is a squash twin pump dw300 return style

Had ZL1 pump with vaporworx adapter and FBODY FPR and 80# FIC injectors... was hitting 13AFR with 95% duty cycle.

Switch to:

Squash Double Pumpers (320s) with fuel rails return system & hob switch. ID750s injectors. Solid 60PSI-65PSI fuel pressure with 11.3 AFR at 6800rpms.

Squash dual 255s, -8 in, -6 return,Mallory regulator, bbk billet rails, id850 injectors, 58psi measured at the rail, 10psi boost on 100% stock internals gets me between 550-600ish on e85, that's with a really low idc (I'd have to look at a log but its well below 70%)
