To me this means returning the TCM & PCM back to stock.
However, with the Cortex, when you select stock it loads the Superchips PCM settings.
When you have any tune other than stock you can set your PCM settings to STOCK. But load the stock file & it loads the PCM with SUPERCHIPS settings.

To me this is a bug & should be addressed.

Comments, work-arounds?

After loading the stock file go check settings. Then look through all of the trans settings.
They are not stock.

I've never tried to look at the stock settings, but rest assured, if you flash back to stock tune, it's the stock tune. The tuner may retain info, such as your vin and other info.

So i have not been on here in awhile, did we ever get the firm numbers for the best CAI and the superchips tune? Last i heard the Rotofab was hands down the best one. Is that still the case?
