I can't afford to get the long tubes and a tune now but my long term fuel trims are around 10.5% with my mods. I did all these mods before I realized how much it actually effected the stock tune. Running rich at wot, 11.4. and occasionally a bit lean(14.7-15.3) when rolling onto the throttle at highway speeds. I borrowed a friends wide-band for a day.

If I get a tune with my currant mods, which are: Stock manifold, no cats, H-pipe, removed center muffler, stock size piping with flowmasters mufflers. Self ported tb, HSRK, 160T-stat, 4" intake. Do you think I will need to get it re-tuned if I add a set of long tubes 6 months from now?

To realize much gain at all from the LT install, you'd need a tweak to your current tune I would think. Most tuners will do a retune like that for a pretty minimal fee so you keep coming back as you add more mods.
