Hi, I am looking for confirmation of what the throttle percentage should read when in the engineering mode, with engine not running and no foot on th throttle pedal. My V6 say 27.4% and the dealership tech says that's what the throttle sensor resets itself to for the next start. Any feedback out there ?

The throttle blade position with the engine not running is were the return springs in the tb are neutral. Meaning you have two springs, one pulling one way(to close the blade) and another spring pulling the other way(to pull it back to the neutral position). In the case of the v8s its around 22-23* were it seems on the v6s its 27ish*
