3rd the Carrier Bearing.

Check your motor mounts.

If you put the palm of your hand on the bottom of the center console compartment and feel a "knocking" when you accelerate briskly from a stop it is the carrier bearing. When I removed the carrier bearing the entire rubber grommet surrounding the bearing was absolutely shredded. Remember to mark both parts of the driveshaft so that the splines are in the same position when you reassemble. Good luck!
