Hi everyone; I have a 2008 G8 GT and I have heard there are actual real undercarriage strong PVC molded panels that exist to install and protect your entire undercarriage. If this is true; does anyone have all the panels and do they really work and worth it? Plus send me the link to where you bought them, because I can’t find them online anywhere. I have seen pics, but not sure if they were just custom made or if it is available for anyone to buy that has the G8.

Thx to anyone for any info.

No i don’t do any off reading, but these panels would go far into helping protecting undercarriage and as well as aero. I just would like to find them and buy them, if anyone has the link where to get them.

Seems it was "Crazy Paul" who used to supply them...not sure if he is still active in the community though.

Zero idea.
Google each part number to see what MIGHT still be gm availible in north america.
You could try emailing
and asking about AUS availability

They won't cross reference to the G8. They weren't offered to us. It's a Holden Commodore thing. I'm pretty sure the one that goes under the engine will mount up without any modifications. Some of the rest might too.

Mine has never been driven in the winter and never had rust protection and is still intact underneath. This seems like a headache for minor benefits.

The parts:

Code:
Ordered, received and installed.

Parts ordered from Greg @ Pace and Crazy Paul
What is needed:

1 - 92261555 oil pan panel - Not available in North America - CP sourced
5 - 1519388 bolts for oil pan panel, 6 required but my 2014 SS already had one bolt for the left rear mounting location
1 - 92261819 L front panel
1 - 92456818 R front panel - Not available in North America - CP sourced
1 - 92244559 L rear panel
1 - 92244558 R rear panel
24 - 11570498 Bolt, 10 each side to bolt panels to car and 2 each side to bolt front and rear panels together
6 - 93389522 Nut
20 - 11610510 Nut
4 - 92139163 Bolt for tank strap - Not available in North America - CP sourced, only 4 needed as the 2014 SS had studs for the forward mounting location that is not on the tank strap

Still unsure if these will bolt up to the G8. Something about the gas tank strap and some other holes needing to be drilled.

I would probably do a spray on undercarriage protector instead, no drilling and searching for parts.

Exactly my thought. Save the money and spend it somewhere else.
