V6 Tails. Anyone know where I can order a cheap set?

I would be willing to also trade my GXP tails for them.

I know this is a long shot considering how old this thread is, but I have a set of the V6 “red” taillights in great condition “only 36,000 miles on the car”, I’d be willing to trade for a equally good set of clear taillights

I'd be wary of a someone joining specifically to comment in a classified thread. This is likely a scam account given they have posted no photos or info about what they claim to have. - Keep this in mind if you choose to deal with them.

Scam probably.
I am pretty new to the g8 scene where else could i find a good set of the v6 taillights?
Try the parts for sale section of the forum or eBay.
On G8 Facebook groups, but there's lots of scamming there as well, do your homework before buying.

I already bought a set of the clear lights. Haven’t installed them yet, gonna have them blacked out first. Might be willing to part with my original red ones after I get the new ones put on if you’re interested

Used to see blacked out taillight lenses a lot. Unfortunately, they all have at least one thing in common which is poor/less visibility subsequently making it more difficult to see the vehicle stopped.

I know, which is why I’m upgrading to the brightest LED’s that I can find. Planning on taking before and after pics in a controlled environment to see how well, or how badly, the LEDs help
