Wanting to procharge the g8 and put in a fuel system that will support 500-550rwhp but with the least amount of modification to the fuel system.

I also prefer not to run a BAP....what is available out there for our g8s?
Not sure which is the best. Seen threads about CTSv, zl1, twin walboros, etc...

OP, if you plan on going FI, I would highly recommend going with the Squash system. I have the dual pump setup. 1 pump runs all the time and the other comes on with boost. I went with the smaller DW200 pumps as I wont be going for crazy HP.

using 1 Aeromotive 340LPH 11141 fuel pump in my Squash setup i am making 570RWHP.

I am using the Squash hanger. Andy provided a cap to cover up where the second pump would go.

I just ordered the squash twin pump DW300 pumps return style.
You can do the CTS-v pump with vaporworx controller
Also zl1 fuel pump.

Andy's systems are so customizable. Give him a call and order yours.
Returnless c5 setup with one single dw400 pump will be more then sufficient for your goals. Them if you ever go big, simply add another pump to already existing bucket and buy the return style plumbing and your good to go.

I never said dual pump for 550rwhp. I suggested single pump. One dw400

You don't need a dual pump for 500-550rwhp.

I bet a ZL1 pump, and some decent injectors and you should be fine.
This will be your most cost-effective option if you have no other goals than what you mention in your first post OP. If you have larger goals then I recommend the Squash setup.
