You might want to contact these guys and inquire about which one is compatible with the G8. I saw one from them at a meet and it looked similar as the one shown in the video.
Some people had bad experiences with the Ortiz Gauge Pod.

lower door seal
Tech LoungeI do not know the part number for the front and rear lower door seals. This is the rubber strip that seals the bottom of the door with the rocker panel. Don't know what its actually called.- 4

SRS fault - and code scanners
