Will these work on a 1.5 lowered setup no rubbing?

Yup, those are very close to stock specs & Camaro SS Specs. Stock GT Wheel specs are 8x19 +48 (All 4 Wheels) & Camaro SS Wheel specs are Fronts: 8x20 +35 & Rears are 9x20 +40. If you wanting reference for a more aggressive specs Stock CTSV V2 (Sedan) wheels are 9x19 +51 Fronts & 9.5x19 +56 Rears (These on a lowered car will require fender rolling to prevent rubbing). I've ran all of these specs on my 09 GT without any rubbing Issues (I also have the GXP Brembo 4 pot front brakes), Granted tire size is gonna play a factor in if its gonna rub or not. My personal suggestion is stay close to stock tire specs. Don't go too aggressive and if your gonna go wider then shorter side walls, Mainly want to keep the overall tire height near stock specs or a little under. Another great tool to use is Willitfit.com and you can compare before & after wheel/tire specs to see how much of a difference there will be.

I know a lot of people roll with the Camaro wheels. And im trying to avoid rolling. im wanting to get those vmr wheels with 245 40 tires for the front and 275 35 for the rear. im just wanting to make sure im gonna buy the right stuff the first time!
What wheels & tires are you currently running on your car? I guess that would be a solid starting point and I could give you a better idea.
I’m running the stock 18x8 48et with 255 45 18 tires. I am dropped 1-1.5 on lowering springs
Alright, well here's the specs I've gathered from the info you've provided. so the change in the front from your stock set up to desired set up would be 19.4mm poke on outer side of wheel in the front (Almost an inch closer to the fender via depth not diameter) & inner side of wheels would be 7mm closer to the suspension. (For reference 1 inch is 25mm) & the the rear your outside poke would be 22mm closer to the fender (Depth not diameter) & inside would be 16mm closer to the suspension. With your ride 1.5inch lower ride height id measure these on your currently wheel/tires & compare with the measurements I gave you and see if they would still clear your fenders (depth wise, diameter your staying almost exactly the same as current). Your main concern will be the outside poke, inside of wheels should have more then enough clearance. Hope this info is helpful, If you have anymore questions Just reach out I'd be happy to help.
