So, we bought an 09 GXP a couple months ago for what we thought was a pretty decent price. Now I need a truck and was curious what a fair price would be to ask? Looked at KBB and Edmunds, and they quoted $11-16K. Seems pretty low. BTW, it's a really clean MGM A6 with 137677 miles and roof.

I suppose it depends how the car looks interior/exterior (dings, dents, scratches, panels coming apart, etc) Also depends on how well it's been maintained (Documentation). 137k is high mileage though, especially if the car has been driven through salt. All depends but $16k actually seems like a decent price but I'm not sure how much of market you will have with the high mileage. You can just put it up for the price YOU want and see if anyone bites and go lower if no one does.

BTW if you put it up for trade for a truck I'm sure someone would be interested.

I'd wager between $18k-$20k would be max. Most likely $16k-$18k will be what you may end up with especially with almost 140k miles. GXP's have held value, but they aren't the gold on wheels investment that they once were.

Yeah, we have all the service records from the original owner(PO). He worked at a dealer and was pretty meticulous with upkeep. I would be happy with somewhere around $18K, was concerned when I saw those figures on KBB. Especially when I've never seen one below 20.
