I recently bought a g8 gt and had the motor rebuilt. I added a tsp stage 1 cam and a few more aftermarket parts along with a pat g tune. The car is running now but it's hard to start ,it takes two tries, and the cam position light is one and also a very ruff idle. Any advice is apprechiated.

Welcome! Congrats on your G8 purchase. Sorry to hear about the cam position sensing issue. Hopefully its as simple as plugging in a connector that was missed upon reassembly.
